  • Comprehensive training featuring a 3-month KPI and Revenue plan, with warm leads and clients to kickstart your journey, including a potential bonus of £1,200 per month
  • A collaborative environment, both virtually and in-person, providing networking opportunities with peers on a similar path
  • Regular leadership meetings to discuss your progress and achievements.

You will be positioned for ongoing success, with opportunities to advance through our Career Pathway. We maintain full transparency in compensation, based on skill, competency, and performance.

We offer a competitive base salary of up to £40,000 OTE, reaching up to £57k + Car Allowance. Additionally, as a member of the Reach family, you will enjoy a wide array of benefits and discounts.

Our career pathway salary ranges are as follows:

  • Account Manager: £28K to £32K
  • Senior Account Manager: £32K to £35K
  • Key Account Director: £35K to £40K
  • Senior Key Account Director: £40K to £45K

Role Overview

This dynamic position involves showcasing digital advertising solutions to drive sales and enhance client ROI. You will thrive in a fast-paced new business sales environment, focusing on networking and securing new business and Key Accounts in your local area through self-sourced leads.

  • Strategizing and executing effective and innovative advertising campaigns
  • Presenting our diverse range of digital advertising solutions, while converting and retaining high-value clients.
  • Driving additional revenue growth through proficient sales, account management, ROI reporting, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
