About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical/Admin Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine administrative support tasks according to established procedures
  • Sort and distribute mail, photocopy, file, post, and proof-read data
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
Requirements
  • Two GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent
  • NVQ Business Administration level 1 or suitable administrative experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
