Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintenance tasks and occasional repairs.
- Support the security measures of the premises, including buildings and grounds.
- Help in the operation and testing of security systems.
- Actively participate in compliance inspections and checks.
- Oversee contractors while they are on-site.
- Prepare and manage events as required.
A valid UK Driving Licence and personal transportation are essential due to the need to travel across various locations.
This position will commence on a temporary basis, transitioning to a permanent role, with a commitment of 37 hours per week. There is flexibility in scheduling, with working hours typically falling between 06:00 and 22:00, though actual start and end times may vary.
