About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Educational Support Specialists to become part of our dynamic team at Heath Farm School. We are looking for individuals who share our vision of empowering vulnerable young people in the UK to achieve happiness and success.

Our students face a range of challenges, including social and emotional difficulties, learning disabilities, and mental health issues, yet they achieve remarkable outcomes and enjoy their educational experience.

With a favorable student-to-adult ratio, our classes typically consist of 6-8 students, allowing for personalized attention and support.

At Outcomes First Group, we are committed to innovative educational practices that prioritize the needs of our students, free from the constraints of traditional methods.
