As an Employment Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of employer partnerships through telephone-based checks. You'll also provide expert advice and guidance to a diverse caseload of employed members, supporting their continued success within their roles. Your responsibilities will encompass achieving targets and adhering to program guidelines, effectively managing appointments, delivering personalized coaching sessions, and utilizing member funding to maximize employment opportunities.
What We Look For
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a strong customer service focus.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A talent for engaging and motivating individuals from various backgrounds, recognizing their unique needs and potential challenges.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Management Information Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM applications.
- An Information, Advice and Guidance Level 3 or 4 qualification and prior experience working with the unemployed are highly desirable.
We offer flexible working arrangements, including the possibility of a 4-day workweek with condensed hours. These options will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
