  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-quality access to information governance service, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including the Freedom of Information Act, Environmental Information Regulations, and Data Protection Act.
  • Carry out the necessary functions for the Data Protection Officer, ensuring the organization's obligations under the Data Protection Regulations are met and that data is handled in accordance with the law.
  • Provide guidance and support to other departments on information management and data protection, including conducting internal reviews, dealing with ICO complaints, and developing data protection impact assessments.

Requirements:
