Senior Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our Complex Care Division in South Kent. As a Senior Carer, you will work closely with our clients, their families, and our care team to provide exceptional support and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with complex care needs, including spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, and long-term disabilities.
  • Providing clinical interventions and ensuring clients are comfortable and safe.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, their families, and the care team.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with PEG, tracheostomy, ventilators, and seizure management.
  • Experience supporting clients with acquired brain injuries and spinal cord injuries.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car.
  • Ability to commute to Ashford, Deal, Folkestone, Dover, and New Romney.
  • Commitment to a full-time contract.

Benefits:

  • Competitive rates of pay - £16.45-£18.80 per hour.
  • £32.90 per hour for bank holiday work.
  • Paid mileage of 45p per mile over 20 miles from home.
  • Permanent contract.
