About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Home Care Direct. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in complex care, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
