About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Home Care Direct. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, ensuring they live a healthy and happy life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assist with light domestic duties and maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Previous experience in complex care is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently
  • Commitment to long-term, person-centred care

Training and Support

We provide comprehensive training to CQC standards, covering topics such as safeguarding adults, health and safety, and complex care. Our dedicated Regional Care Lead and Nurse provide ongoing support and supervision to ensure you have the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality care.
