Senior Care Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our Complex Care Division in the South Kent area.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will work with clients who require support with spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, and long-term disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with complex care needs on a one-to-one basis
  • Provide clinical interventions and ensure client comfort
  • Build relationships with clients, their families, and the regular care team

Requirements:

  • Experience working with PEG, tracheostomy, ventilators, and seizure management
  • Experience supporting clients with acquired brain injuries and spinal cord injuries
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car
  • Ability to commute to Ashford, Deal, Folkestone, Dover, and New Romney
  • Commitment to a full-time contract
