Senior Care Assistant Trainer

The Field Care Supervisor role at Helping Hands is a perfect opportunity for experienced Care Assistants to take the next step in their career. As a key member of the branch team, you will support the training and development of new carers, ensuring they provide the highest standard of care to our customers.
You will work closely with the office team to manage recruitment, compliance, and customer reviews, while also conducting regular spot checks and supervisions with care assistants. Your attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement will be crucial in maintaining our high standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coaching and training new carers to ensure they meet our high standards
- Supporting the branch team with auditing and compliance
- Conducting regular spot checks and supervisions with care assistants
- Meeting with customers to review care plans
- Conducting risk assessments
