Helping Hands is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to take on a leadership role within our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care and be passionate about training and mentoring the next generation of care assistants.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new care assistants
- Support the branch team with auditing and compliance
- Conduct regular supervisions and spot checks with care assistants
- Meet with customers to review care plans and address any concerns
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure the highest level of care
