Crew Trainer - McDonald's - Folkestone
Our Site Director, Ivor and his team at our new Service area at Stop 24, junction 11 on the M20 near Hythe is looking for a Crew Trainer to join his McDonald's team.
You will be part of the iconic McDonald's brand ensuring our team are trained to cook and serve the nation's favourite menu items, from the Big Mac's & Wraps to McFlurry's and Milkshakes, whilst also being part of the team. You will ensure all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality and customer service standards.
What will set you apart?
It would be essential for you to have worked in a similar supervisory or management role before, preferably in any retail or hospitality environment. We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service ensuring everyone leaves with a smile on their face.
Full training will be provided and you will be given everything you need to excel into an excellent Crew Trainer, while helping you grow both personally and professionally.
