Senior Occupational Health Advisor

Are you a seasoned healthcare professional looking for a challenging role that combines clinical expertise with leadership skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at RPS Group.
About the Role
As a Senior Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for leading our occupational health team in delivering exceptional services to our clients. You will work closely with our OH Physician and Administrator to ensure seamless operations and uphold impeccable standards of clinical practice, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and guide a team of Occupational Health Advisors to foster a culture of engagement and motivation.
- Oversee workflow and utilization of our occupational health nurse team to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in commercial initiatives and cross-team collaborations to optimize resource utilization and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse on NMC Register, holding a post-registration qualification in OH.
- Experience in all aspects of OH service delivery, including health service delivery, fitness for work, and screening procedures.
- Robust clinical governance attitude and ability to lead by example.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to chair regular team meetings.
- Approachable style and ability to connect with colleagues and clients.
- Pragmatic approach and strong decision-making ability.
- Management qualification at certificate level or above desirable but not essential.
- High degree of self-motivation and management.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proficient IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong team player and ability to lead by example.
- Full UK driving licence is preferable but not essential.
- Able to travel to London or Mansfield sites occasionally.
