About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join our team at RPS Occupational Health. As a key member of our in-house Occupational Health team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional services that meet the highest standards of clinical practice and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of occupational health services, including health surveillance, fitness for work assessments, and case management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and optimal resource utilization.
- Mentor and guide a team of Occupational Health Advisors, fostering a culture of engagement and motivation.
- Oversee the workflow and utilization of our occupational health nurse team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse on NMC Register, holding a post-registration qualification in OH.
- Experience in all aspects of OH service delivery, including health service delivery, fitness for work, and screening procedures.
- Robust clinical governance attitude and ability to lead by example.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to chair regular team meetings.
- Approachable style and easy to connect with.
- Pragmatic approach and strong decision-making ability.
