Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Worker to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients, including assistance with washing, dressing, and preparing meals.
  • Administer medication and provide companionship to clients.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Must have a passion for caring for others and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • Must have a smartphone and be able to use it to communicate with colleagues and clients.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a right to work in the UK.
  • Must be available to work alternative weekends or every Saturday/Sunday.
  • Must be able to work between the hours of 6am – 2:30pm (AM shift) or 3.30pm - 11pm (PM shift).
