Senior Domiciliary Care Position
C M Community Care Limited is on the lookout for dedicated candidates to fill a senior role in domiciliary care. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience and a strong desire to attain NVQ Level 3/Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care. This full-time position guarantees a 37.5 hours per week contract, with responsibilities spanning both community and office environments. A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, along with the flexibility to work alternate weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise service users and ensure their needs are met
- Conduct client assessments and reviews to evaluate care requirements
- Perform risk assessments to maintain safety and quality of care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to uphold service standards
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable domiciliary care role
- Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a commitment to achieve this qualification

Community Care Worker Duties:
