Senior Domiciliary Care Position

C M Community Care Limited is looking for qualified candidates for a senior role in domiciliary care. The ideal applicant will have at least two years of relevant experience and a dedication to obtaining NVQ Level 3/Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care. This full-time position guarantees a contract of 37.5 hours per week, requiring work in both community and office environments. A full UK driving license, personal vehicle, and availability for alternate weekends are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise service users and ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Conduct client assessments and reviews to maintain high standards of care.
  • Perform risk assessments in collaboration with health professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with service delivery standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within domiciliary care.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a commitment to achieve this qualification.

Community Care Worker Duties:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals in need.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, with shifts available from 6am-2:30pm or 3:30pm-11pm.
