This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in the field of domiciliary care and a dedication to obtaining NVQ Level 3/Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care. The role is structured as a full-time commitment, ensuring a consistent 37.5 hours per week, with responsibilities spanning both community and office environments. A valid UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle are essential, along with the ability to work alternate weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise service users and ensure their needs are met effectively.
- Conduct thorough client reviews and risk assessments.
- Maintain exemplary standards of service delivery in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable domiciliary care position.
- Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a commitment to achieve this qualification.

Responsibilities of a Community Care Worker:
- Assist clients with essential daily activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management.
