Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Lead Specialist Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our Therapy Led Living Well service, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Therapy Led Living Well service, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to patients and their families.
  • Maintain a highly visible presence as a role model to staff, patients, and visitors, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
  • Develop and implement timely, responsive care plans that meet the individual needs of patients living with a life-limiting condition.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient care is planned in line with national and local guidelines, promoting individualized care and support.
