Senior Care Assessment Specialist Position
C M Community Care Limited is looking for a dedicated professional to fill a senior role in our domiciliary care team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the field and a strong desire to pursue NVQ Level 3/Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care. This full-time position guarantees a 37.5 hours per week contract, with responsibilities that include both community and office-based work. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, along with the flexibility to work alternate weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support service users, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Conduct regular client assessments and reviews to maintain high standards of care.
- Perform risk assessments and collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within domiciliary care.
- Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a commitment to obtain this qualification.
