This position requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience and a commitment to obtaining NVQ Level 3/Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care. The role offers a full-time contract with a guaranteed 37.5 hours per week, involving both community and office-based work. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, along with the flexibility to work alternate weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise service users and ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Conduct comprehensive client reviews and risk assessments.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of service delivery in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within domiciliary care.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
