**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential settings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet the needs of children and young people in line with OFSTED regulations
- Organise and facilitate social activities, such as days out, community work, and holidays
- Contribute to the day-to-day running of the home, including laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and other tasks
- Attend and participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practices
- Work closely with our clinical team and local authorities
**Requirements**
- Life skills and experience working with children or in health and social care (full training and support will be provided)
- A full UK driving license (ideally) or working towards one
