Residential Children's Support Professional

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Children's Support Professional.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide round-the-clock care and support to children with emotional and behavioral difficulties
* Implement care plans and support strategies tailored to the individual needs of each child
* Engage children in a range of activities to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
* Support children in daily tasks such as meal times, personal hygiene, and homework
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the care and progress of children
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, external agencies, and families to ensure the best outcomes for children
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children or young people, preferably in a residential care setting
* A compassionate and patient approach to supporting children with emotional and behavioral difficulties
* Flexibility to work a rota pattern of 2 days on, 4 days off, including sleep-in shifts
* A commitment to promoting the welfare and rights of children
* Full UK Driving License
