Health Care Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Support Worker to join our team at Lifelancer. As a Health Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents in various care settings across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents in various care settings.
  • Assist with personal care and daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Follow care plans and risk assessments to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
  • Escort service users to social activities, promoting social interaction and engagement.
  • Conduct report writing to document care and support provided.
  • Assist with meal preparation and support residents with eating and drinking.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months care experience in the UK.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Ability to work as a driver or non-driver.
  • Clear DBS check.
