Relief Support Worker

Creative Support is a national, fast-growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are currently seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team within a supported living service in Wolverhampton.

About the Role

We are looking for warm, caring, and proactive individuals to provide person-centred care and support. The service provides long-term support with a recovery focus for people with mental health needs within a 24-hour service. As a Relief Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing practical and emotional support to individuals living at the Wolverhampton service, helping them to enjoy valued and fulfilling lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support and practical assistance to service users
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Carry out general administrative duties
Requirements

Previous experience working with service users with mental health needs is essential for this role. You will be able to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and work on your own initiative. As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service and shifts, including directions. You will be paid weekly.
