Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team in WV3 - Compton. As a Care Support Worker, you'll be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, helping them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with their medication and provide assistance with daily living tasks
  • Help clients with practical tasks such as shopping and housework
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support services

Requirements

  • No prior experience in social care is necessary, but a caring and compassionate approach is essential
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality
