Bilingual Executive Assistant to CFO and Legal Advisor
LOCATION:
St James', London
SALARY:
Approximately £45-50,000+ annually
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
Full-time, Permanent
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive support to both the CFO and Legal Advisor in managing personal and professional affairs.
- Oversee and coordinate all personal engagements for the family, including residences, transportation, taxation, and social events.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create impactful presentations.
- Assist in organizing corporate and client events, working closely with fellow assistants.
- Manage calendars efficiently, schedule meetings, and arrange venues across various time zones.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and necessary documentation.
- Work with the in-house Travel Management team to coordinate personal and business travel plans, including document preparation.
- Provide initial support to executive-level employees as required.
- Assist other assistants in the London office during their absence.
- Support the team with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in Spanish.
