Italian Speaking Executive Assistant to CFO - International Organization

Compensation: £75K + bonus + benefits

We are seeking a proactive, bilingual Executive Assistant to support the CFO of a prominent international organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering comprehensive executive assistance to the CFO, encompassing administrative, logistical, and technical support.
  • Overseeing all operational and administrative facets of the CFO's daily activities, enabling him to concentrate on strategic responsibilities; must identify and address administrative challenges swiftly.

Primary Duties:

  • Supporting the CFO with routine administrative functions and executing a wide range of administrative tasks.
  • Managing a dynamic calendar of appointments, organizing meetings, video conferences, and coordinating schedules with relevant stakeholders.
  • Possessing a solid understanding of organizational business processes to enhance task prioritization and independent decision-making.
  • Exhibiting strong negotiation skills when interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Conducting research and following up on issues and inquiries directed to the CFO, including sensitive or confidential matters.
  • Arranging international travel, including itineraries, transportation, and accommodations, along with necessary reservations and expense reimbursements.
  • Serving as the primary contact for administrative matters concerning the CFO.
  • Assisting with personal tasks such as travel arrangements and property management.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Italian and English (both written and spoken) with exceptional communication abilities.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience supporting senior executives in a medium to large corporate environment is essential.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Experience in coordinating international meetings is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Internet tools.
  • Experience in a technology-driven corporate environment is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A strong commitment to confidentiality in all work-related matters.
