Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Events Management to join our team at CFO Insights. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing our conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and structure conferences on a strategic level, including floor planning, invitations, signage, and special needs requirements.
  • Create innovative and engaging conference experiences by developing new ideas and opportunities.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible deals for our events.
  • Manage conferences on an operational level, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
  • Collaborate with the CPO to develop the strategy for our conferences and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding results.
  • Experience in event planning, coordination, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • UK work permit.
  • Exceptional eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
