As a division of United Media, we specialize in developing large-scale industry media and conference products across various sectors, including insurance, human resources, private equity, and retail.

Your Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer to devise strategies for our conferences.
  • Event Coordination: Plan, structure, and oversee all conferences at a strategic level.
  • Innovative Experience Creation: Enhance conference experiences by introducing creative ideas and opportunities.
  • Vendor Negotiation: Engage with suppliers for catering, accommodation, transportation, and venue arrangements.
  • Operational Management: Handle the logistics of conferences, including floor planning, invitations, signage, and special requirements.
  • Event Execution: Ensure seamless operations during conferences, consistently exceeding attendee satisfaction.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree with exceptional academic performance.
  • A strong background in event planning, coordination, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • A valid UK work permit.
  • An acute attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires on-site work, with a commitment to collaborating in person to deliver market-leading events throughout the year.
