Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Operations Associate to join our team in London. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing conferences and events that showcase our company's expertise and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conference Planning and Coordination: Plan and structure conferences on a strategic level, including deciding on dates, venues, and negotiating best prices.
  • Event Execution: Ensure the smooth execution of conferences, including floor planning, invitations, signage, special needs requirements, and printing.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate with vendors, including catering, accommodation, transportation, and facilities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the CPO to develop and implement conference strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding results.
  • Experience: Proven experience in event planning, coordination, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Humble, passionate about building and executing new businesses, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
