Event Operations Coordinator

CFO Insights is seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing conferences and events that showcase our company's expertise and thought leadership.

CFO Insights is Northern Europe's largest CFO forum, dedicated to connecting and developing CFOs, finance leaders, and innovators. We aim to address the issues of the future CFO and provide a platform for knowledge sharing and networking.
What We Offer
As our Event Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our CPO to develop and implement event strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. You will also be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team that is passionate about delivering exceptional events.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate conferences and events, including venue selection, catering, and logistics
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote our events and attract attendees
- Work closely with our CPO to develop and implement event strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement
- Manage event budgets and ensure that events are delivered within budget
- Collaborate with our events team to ensure that events are executed smoothly and to a high standard
What We Expect from You
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about events and has excellent communication and project management skills. You should have a bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Start Date
Flexible
The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. We are looking for someone who is able to work collaboratively as part of a team and is passionate about delivering exceptional events.
