As a key member of our Institutional Sales team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue for Bernstein's Asian Equity and Research business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Contribute to the development of strategic plans and action items to drive sales growth and client engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key investment decision makers at institutional clients, including asset managers, wealth managers, and advisors
* Collaborate with our leading global research product and senior salespeople to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales growth
* Proactively sell Bernstein's Asian Equity and Research product to a well-targeted client base, with a focus on servicing and growing target Asian client relationships
* Maintain a high level of responsibility and be empowered to make important contributions to the broader sales team

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics or Business Administration, and ideally CFA
* 4-6 years of relevant, professional experience in Asian Equities
* Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Strong intellectual and academic credentials, including excellent analytical skills
* Proven track record in Financial Markets and established institutional client relationships
