About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of scaling an early-stage SaaS company. You will be responsible for building and developing our sales team, implementing effective sales processes, and driving a performance culture. Your expertise in sales frameworks such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or otherwise will be essential in increasing SQL conversion rates and improving outbound sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase new business sales and revenue
  • Build and develop a high-performing sales team, including hiring, coaching, and on-going support
  • Implement effective sales processes, including qualification and sales frameworks
  • Drive a performance culture, focusing on key pipeline indicators, conversion rates, and velocity
  • Proven track record of scaling an early-stage SaaS company from under £5m ARR over a period of a minimum of 3 years
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of scaling an early-stage SaaS company
  • Expertise in sales frameworks such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or otherwise
  • Ability to drive a performance culture, focusing on key pipeline indicators, conversion rates, and velocity
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to sales
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with regular presence in our London office
