Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Administration: Manage general client-related administrative duties. Prepare Client Review Packs as instructed by the Administration Manager.
  2. Database Management: Ensure that the Advisor Office is consistently updated with all pertinent information.
  3. Telephone Support: Respond to phone calls and manage inquiries effectively.
  4. Data Maintenance: Keep data records organized and up-to-date. Prior experience with Xplan software is preferred. A solid background in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential.
  5. Adaptability: Embrace change with a creative approach to problem-solving.
