An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled Experienced Financial Services Administrator. You will be an integral part of a vibrant team responsible for managing the workflow generated by the Partner and providing necessary support. This firm is well-established and enjoys a strong reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities: Experienced Financial Services Administrator

  • Deliver high-quality technical and administrative assistance while ensuring exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Act as a primary contact for clients and external parties addressing general inquiries.
  • Handle business submissions utilizing specialized software.
  • Ensure timely processing of all business obtained.
  • Complete tasks efficiently due to the fast-paced nature of the business.

While you are expected to possess the necessary knowledge for this role, training will be provided in certain areas, and you will have opportunities for advancement within the SJP Accreditation framework.

Candidate Profile: Experienced Financial Services Administrator

This role is both engaging and demanding, ideal for a confident, numerate, and professional individual who thrives on initiative and possesses a proactive working style.

  • Several years of experience in Financial Services with a solid foundational knowledge that you are eager to expand.
  • Strong IT and communication skills, highly organized, and capable of making informed decisions.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • It is crucial for the Experienced Financial Services Administrator to be comfortable interacting with third parties and to maintain complete discretion.
  • A relevant qualification such as the FPC or progress towards the Level 4 Diploma would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
