Key Responsibilities: Financial Services Administrator

  • Deliver exceptional technical and administrative support while ensuring a high standard of customer service to clients.
  • Act as a primary contact for clients and external parties, addressing general inquiries.
  • Handle business submissions utilizing specialized software.
  • Ensure timely processing of all business obtained.
  • Complete tasks promptly due to the nature of the business.

While you are expected to possess the knowledge to fulfill this role, training will be provided in certain areas, and you will have opportunities for advancement within the SJP Accreditation framework.

Candidate Profile: Financial Services Administrator

This role is both engaging and challenging, ideal for a confident, numerate professional who thrives on initiative and possesses a proactive work ethic.

  • Experience in Financial Services for several years, with a desire to expand and enhance your knowledge.
  • Strong IT and communication skills, highly organized, and capable of making informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Confidence in liaising with third parties while maintaining complete discretion is essential.
  • A relevant qualification such as the FPC or progress towards the Level 4 Diploma would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
