Experienced Financial Services Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administrator to join our team in London. As a key member of our financial planning team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Head of International Private Clients and other team members.
Purpose of Role
To deliver high-quality administrative and technical support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning services. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to our team, including preparing documentation, submitting new business to providers, and liaising with product providers.
- Assisting with client servicing, including preparing client meetings, producing accurate client portfolio valuations, and completing trades and portfolio rebalancing.
- Maintaining accurate client information on internal systems, including written and electronic communication with clients and providers.
- Ensuring compliance with FCA and company procedures, including assisting with risk profiling, recording risk profile scores, and following Anti-Money Laundering Procedures.
- Providing general administrative support, including scanning and filing documents, and handling client queries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years' experience in a relevant administration role within the independent sector of the financial services industry.
- Sound technical knowledge covering pensions and investments, documentation, and life policies.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering client service at the highest level.
- Excellent IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Sufficient understanding of the needs of Financial Services teams, FCA rules, and compliances.

- Demonstrate focus and motivation in delivering an exceptional level of customer service to clients, third parties, and colleagues.
