Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Advisers in the administration of end-to-end financial services to high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and sending letters of authority (LOAs) and letters of variation (LOVs)
  • Creating meeting packs and updating the internal customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Answering client queries and communicating with providers and other stakeholders
  • Performing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth flow of the support function within the business
  • Opportunity to do paraplanning work and receive support for industry exams

Requirements:

  • At least [insert number] months of administration experience in a wealth planning firm
