Key Responsibilities:- Implementing fund switches, withdrawals, and new financial advice recommendations
- Planning meetings, from documentation preparation to post-meeting report creation
- Filing meeting documents to the CRM system
- Compiling research for Financial Planners and Paraplanners
- Liaising with clients during implementation
- Managing client correspondence and data

About the Role:This position requires an IFA financial services background, with exposure to core administration functions and client contact. You will work closely with Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and Operational staff to implement advice efficiently.
