**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting our dynamic high billing Advisers with all administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process new client packs and create and maintain client records
- Work with 3rd party providers and prepare information/documentation for client meetings
- Ensure follow-up notes are documented and actioned
- Support the delivery of the financial planning and advice process to clients
- Work with new and existing clients
