Financial Divisions is seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to provide dedicated support to a top-performing Financial Adviser. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a progressive and personable team and contribute to the growth of a thriving client base.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the Financial Adviser, including meeting preparation, note-taking, and client onboarding
• Process client transactions, including draw downs and annual reviews
• Collaborate with the Adviser to develop and implement effective client strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Work closely with the Adviser to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a financial services practice
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
