Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a key member of our Paraplanning team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Advisers and Paraplanners in delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of annual review meeting materials, including gathering information and documents for Paraplanners to produce suitability letters.
- Liaise with our centralized admin team to ensure seamless processing of new and existing business.
- Provide administrative support to our Advisers and Paraplanners, including data entry and document preparation.
- Work closely with colleagues, clients, and third-party providers to ensure excellent communication and service delivery.

Requirements
