About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions, a leading National Chartered Wealth Management firm. As a key member of our support team, you will be working closely with one of our highest billing Advisers to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Adviser and their team, including client on-boarding, data entry, and document management.
- Assist Paraplanners with complex administrative tasks, such as preparing client reports and presentations.
- Take ownership of the annual client review process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of reviews.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Financial Administration role, with a strong understanding of financial services and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other financial software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
