About the Role

Fram Search is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Advisor team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks, allowing our advisors to focus on client engagement and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to our Financial Advisors, including managing client documentation, coordinating client meetings, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Client Records and Databases: Maintain and update client records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assist in the preparation of reports and financial statements, and liaise with clients and providers to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a financial services administration role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage.
