Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Financial Planners and Advisers in delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new business, maintain compliance, and manage ongoing client review processes.
- Assist with diary management, organizing and attending client meetings, and managing client relationships.
- Process fund switches, valuations, and provider liaison.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
