Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Financial Planners and Advisers in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process new business, maintain compliance, and manage ongoing client review processes.
  • Assist with diary management, organizing and attending client meetings, and managing client relationships.
  • Process fund switches, valuations, and provider liaison.
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
