About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a key member of our support staff, you will be working closely with one of our most experienced Financial Advisers, who has built a strong reputation with their clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Financial Adviser with administrative tasks, including client onboarding and Paraplanner support
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and procedures
  • Participate in the annual client review process, with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience

Requirements

  • At least two years of consistent experience in financial administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
