Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide end-to-end support to our top billing adviser, who manages a significant portfolio of clients with assets over £1m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer pensions, investments, tax planning, IHT planning, protections, and cashflow modelling for a large number of clients
  • Provide administrative support to the adviser, including data entry, document preparation, and client communication
  • Work closely with the adviser and other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £38,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package and bonus. A supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
