Financial Planning Coordinator

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Financial Planning Assistant to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our high-achieving adviser, assisting with the development of complicated financial planning solutions and investment selection/portfolio management and research.
Key Responsibilities:- Collate suitability report packs and ensure all regulatory requirements are met
- Maintain new business and existing records on our back-office system (Intelliflo Office)
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects for the wider practice team
As an experienced Wealth Management or IFA Administrator, you will have a proven track record of working in a wealth management or financial services environment and possess a working knowledge of the sector. You will also have experience of liaising with product/investment providers and platforms, as well as IT skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams) and the ability to pick up new software/programs quickly.
